Admission Process & Age Criteria

PROCESS
Session begins from April onwards.
Age Criteria:
A child should be 3+ years of age as on first day of April.
Example - for Nursery Date of Birth should be between 01/04/2020 - 31/03/2021 as on March 2024.
Children for the pre primary section are only interviewed for admission along with the parents.
Children from classes 1 onwards appear for a written test, for admission, followed by interview.
** If your child has special circumstances, allergies, health or medical conditions, it’s important that you tell the principal about these and fill up the medical information form before your child starts school.

Admission Procedure :
The school commences its sessions starting in April. Distribution of admission forms begins in October. From December to March, we offer FREE DEMO CLASSES for all children who are interested in enrolling at our school. A majority of our candidates come from Bengali Medium schools, and some of them are first-generation learners. Through this process, we assist these new students in adapting to the contemporary methods of learning. Currently, we offer classes from Nursery to Class IX.
Our admission team is here to guide through the enrollment process. Whether a
new student or returning, we're available to address any questions or concerns
you may have. Simply visit our school office, open Monday to Friday from 9am to
3pm, and Saturday from 10am to 1pm, to pick up your Admission Form. Once completed
the necessary paperwork, be sure to submit it within 7 days to finalize the enrollment.
The form must be completed in capital letters and turned in in person at the
school between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Following the form's submission, the child and parents will meet with the
school administration to discuss the child's admission to the appropriate
class.
Documentation required
The following documents are required during
enrolment.
1. Duly filled & signed forms.
2. 5 Nos. passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
3. 3 sets of passport size colour photographs of the parents.
4. Photocopy of the Proof of Residence and Proof of Identity of
the parents (eg. Passport / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / rent bill or
lease agreement) – Self Attested.
5. Photocopy of Aadhar card; Birth Certificate of the
candidate (along with the original for verification)
6. Blood Group Report
7. Photocopy of vaccination card / detail statement based on the
records available. **
8. Report Card of previous school – Grade - I & above.
9. Transfer Certificate of the students of Class II & above
(original) to be submitted before or within one month from the date of
admission.
10. Character Certificate (Grade VIII and above) from the
previous school.
- Cost of Prospectus and Form Rs.200/-
- All payments at the time of admission must be in the form of a cash/ cheque/ demand draft only.
- There is no refundable fee involved.
