Students are required to appear for all class tests and terminal examinations, in addition to the annual examination. Class test results are taken into account for class promotion particularly when a student is unable to appear for the annual examination under unavoidable circumstances.

The progress report card serves as the official transcript, with no additional transcripts issued for individual terms.

In case of a lost report card or school diary, a duplicate can be requested upon payment of a fine of Rs.150/- for each.

Parents or guardians are kindly asked to sign the Terminal Progress Reports at the designated place and to record the number of days their child has been absent during the term.

The Report Card should be promptly returned with parental signature within next two working days, unless it is after the Annual Examination.
