Admission Process
ADMISSION
PROCESS
Session begins from April onwards.
Admission Criteria:
A child should be 3 years of age as on first day of April.
Children for the pre primary section are only interviewed for admission along with the parents.
Children from classes 1 onwards appear for a written test, for admission, followed by interview.
Admission Procedure :
We can help you with your enrolment enquiries anytime throughout the year. Contact us to discuss the enrolment procedures and obtain the necessary paperwork.Admission Forms can be purchased from the school office from Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday – 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Admission formalities need to be completed within 7 days after purchasing the form.
The Forms are to be filled in Capital letters and submitted in person at the school (Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm)After the submission of the form there will be a meeting of the child and parents with the school authorities for admission with the respective classes.
Documentation required
The following documents are required during enrolment.
1. Duly filled & signed forms.
2. 5 Nos. passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
3. 3 sets of passport size colour photographs of the parents.
4. Photocopy of the Proof of Residence and Proof of Identity of the parents (eg. Passport / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / rent bill or lease agreement) – Self Attested.
5. Photocopy of Aadhar card Birth Certificate of the candidate (along with the original for verification)
6. Blood Group Report
7. Photocopy of vaccination card / detail statement based on the records available.**
8. Report Card of previous school – Grade - I & above.
9. Transfer Certificate of the students of Class II & above (original) should be submitted before or within one month from the date of admission.
10. Character Certificate (Grade VIII and above) from the previous school.
** If your child has special circumstances, allergies, health or medical conditions, it’s important that you tell the principal about these and fill up the medical information form before your child starts school.

The school begins its sessions from April onwards. Admission forms are distributed from October onward. We conduct a FREE DEMO CLASS for all children interested to take admission in our school, from December to March. Since most of our candidates are from Bengali medium schools and some are even first generation learners, this procedure has helped our students to cope up with the modern way of learning. Presently we are having classes NURSERY – CLASS IX.

- Cost of Prospectus and Form Rs.200/-
- All payments at the time of admission must be in the form of a cash/ cheque/ demand draft only.
- There is no refundable fee involved.
